Integration: (noun: The process of unification or making whole)

In this context, it applies to properly bringing together the three main ingredients of any organization: people, process and resources. Quite often this involves refining the proper use or tailoring of information technology systems that are either new or in need of being refurbished so they achieve optimal performance and integrate seamlessly with business processes and within resource constraints (expenses, output, compliance, etc.) that can best sustain organization success.
