Assessment: (noun, To evaluate; To make a judgment about)

As a key component of every service we offer and sometimes as a stand-alone service, a^squaredm senior management and advisors provide assessments of problems and issues that confront our clients. Assessments are typically completed within a 30 day time frame with a preparatory onsite visit to frame and scope the issue or problem followed by 3 – 7 working days onsite evaluating and “sizing” the problem for our clients. We then develop a clear and concise explanation of what we have found, what alternatives there may be to resolve the issue or problem and a suggested timeline and related deliverables to bring the issue to closure.
