asquaredm provided operations and technical advisory services to assist senior management in the early stages of doubling the size of its operations via the merger of back office operations and management. Worked with the client to develop a strong plan that identified and resolved the major risks inherent in the operations merger as well as developed a timetable, staffing plan and budget that would support the plan.
Interim Management
asquaredm served as the senior management adviser to a revenue cycle outsourcing firm and a large east coast academic practice plan as the practice plan outsourced its revenue cycle and IT Operations. Identified risks related to the transition including personnel retention, accounts receivable management, compliance and budget issues. Client made the transition successfully and the outsourcing firm was able to improve operations and key metrics within contract and best practice results.
