Performed vendor contract review and restructure to more appropriately support and fund IT operations within standard IT support parameters and turn-around times. Assisted with definition of new IT Manager/Director job description, recruitment and transition to successfully return the IT Operation to the senior management of the practice.

Disaster Recovery Audit

asquaredm provided and in-depth review of an existing disaster recovery plan and identified key risks and issues that needed immediate resolution in order to achieve minimal downtime for managed care and traditional billing and collections operations. This included recommendations for management team communications and disaster recovery/business continuity management structures, disaster and business continuity tolerance intervals and set the stage for the practice to contract with the appropriate third party entities to provide disaster recovery and business continuity services.
