Recruitment and Selection of Senior Management

A large academic practice plan needed to restructure and replace certain of their senior management team. asquared senior management worked with the Human Resources, Client Senior Management and other client staff to development an appropriate organization structure, provide advice on how the new job descriptions should be written, suggested salary ranges and identified an initial set of web sites, organizations and related ways to develop an appropriate healthcare candidate pool.
