Victor J. Arnold

Mr. Arnold has been active in the healthcare market sector in the United States since 1984. He has been employed by both private (Stanford University, Stanford Health Services, Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine) and public (Kansas University) health systems and faculty practice plans. In addition, Mr. Arnold has been employed in government healthcare programs (Missouri Department of Social Services) and private industry healthcare information technology and services companies (IDX Systems, GE Healthcare). Mr. Arnold has held positions as a Principal and Senior Managing Director for Vogt Management Consulting, Inc. and GE/IDX and as Senior Manager of Operations for physician practice outsourcing services at GE.

Mr. Arnold has been involved with assisting health systems with Faculty Practice Plan, individual department and full system operations improvements. He has expertise in affiliation agreements between SOM and their Hospital partners including funds flow, billing/patient accounting operations and clinical faculty compensation models. He also has extensive knowledge of integrated health system and faculty practice plan technology requirements and infrastructure. Finally, he has extensive knowledge of organization assessment, operations improvement and restructuring strategies and tactics. Mr. Arnold received his Bachelor of Arts from Drury University in 1978. He subsequently received a Masters of Public Administration from the University of Missouri in 1982. He also had additional training at Stanford University from the Stanford Graduate School of Business (non-degree).
