a^squaredm was founded by a team of experienced health system and healthcare IT vendor senior managers to assist physician practice organizations, academic medical centers, hospitals and health systems improve their efficiency. We specialize in physician and hospital business relationships but have other areas of expertise as well (revenue cycle, interim management and turnarounds).

We have a defined methodology that is founded on data driven assessments, clear and specific advice and a tailored transformation plan to resolve the problems we are engaged to address by our clients. We have deep experience with large and complex enterprises like academic medical centers. We also understand how to ensure revenue cycle management organizations are successful either within their own organization or external clients.
